Woosah Labs is a small team of designers and builders. We take on the design, automation, and marketing work that growing businesses know they should do and never quite get to.
Why we started
Every business we met had the same quiet problem in a different costume. Smart people moving data between tabs. A landing page that had been "almost ready" for five months. A list of a thousand customers nobody had emailed since the launch.
None of it was hard. All of it was nobody's job. So that is what we do: the work that matters enough to be on the list and never enough to reach the top of it.
How we think about AI
AI is a tool in our kit, not our pitch. We reach for it when it earns its place, like reading messy inputs or drafting a first pass a person then checks. The goal is never to sound clever. It's to make the work disappear.
You should judge us on outcomes: fewer hours lost to busywork, design that ships, pages that get found. The method matters only when it earns your trust.

We scope before we build
Every project starts with something written down: the process map, the audit, the brief. It surfaces the exceptions while they are still cheap, and it means we build the real thing, not a guess at it.
We tell you when not to bother
Some work is not worth automating. Some sites do not need rebuilding. Some months you should pause the retainer. One honest no builds more trust than ten yeses.
The price is on the page
The design retainer has a published monthly rate. Project work gets a fixed number after we have looked. You will not get an hourly rate that quietly grows.
You own what we build
No lock-in and no black boxes. The workflows, sites, files, and apps are yours, documented in plain language, running on accounts you control.
