Web design and development
A site that loads fast and does its job.
Designed and built by the same team, on the pages that actually earn their place. It reads well on a phone, search engines can make sense of it, and your team can edit it without calling us.
The usual problem
Most sites fail at the boring parts
The design is rarely why a site underperforms. It's the four second load, the form nobody gets notified about, the eight pages competing for the same search term, and the phone layout nobody checked. We start there, then make it look right.

What's included
Every site ships with this.
Not an upsell list. These are the things that are cheap to do while building and painful to retrofit afterwards.
Fast by default
Static pages, compressed images, and self-hosted fonts. Speed is not an optimization phase at the end. It is what happens when nobody bolts twelve scripts onto the page.
Built to be found
Unique titles and descriptions, clean heading structure, structured data, a working sitemap, and canonical URLs. The things that are painful to retrofit and cheap to do first.
Works on a phone
Designed at 360px first, because that is where most of your traffic reads it. Real tap targets, no horizontal scrolling, no pinch to read.
Usable by everyone
Keyboard navigation, visible focus, real contrast ratios, and alt text that says something. It is the right thing to do and it is also the accessible version of good SEO.
Editable by you
Content lives somewhere your team can change without calling us. We show you how it works and write it down in plain language.
Wired to your tools
Forms that land where your team already works, whether that is your inbox, your CRM, or a Slack channel. This is where our automation side quietly earns its keep.
How it runs
Scope, design, build, hand over.
Four stages, and you sign off at the end of each one. Nothing moves forward on an assumption.
Scope
What the site needs to do, who it is for, and which pages actually earn their place. Most sites we are handed are a third bigger than they need to be.
Design
Layouts for the pages that matter, on desktop and on a phone. You see real content in them, not lorem text, because that is when problems show up.
Build
We build it, wire the forms, set up the analytics, and check it against real devices and a screen reader before anyone else sees it.
Launch and hand over
Redirects mapped from the old URLs, search console connected, and a walkthrough of how to edit it. Then it is yours.
Questions
What people ask before they commit.
What does a site cost?
Quoted per project after a scoping call, because a five page site and a fifty page site are not the same job. What we can tell you up front is that we quote a fixed number, not an hourly rate that grows.
How long does it take?
Usually four to eight weeks from scope to launch, and the variable is almost always content. If your copy and photos are ready, we are fast. If they are not, that is the bottleneck and we will say so early.
What do you build it with?
Static site generators for marketing sites, which is why they load fast and cost nothing to host. If your team needs to edit content daily we connect a CMS. We pick based on who maintains it after launch, not on what we enjoy.
Will I lose my search rankings?
Not if the migration is done properly. We map every old URL to a new one, keep the pages that already rank, and watch search console for the weeks after launch. A rebuild that quietly drops your top pages is the most expensive mistake in this work.
Do you write the copy?
We write and edit the structural copy: headings, labels, meta descriptions, and calls to action. Long-form page copy and blog content is either yours or a separate engagement. We will tell you which we think you need.
What happens after launch?
You own it outright, hosting included in your own account. We can stay on for updates if you want, but nothing about the site requires us. That is deliberate.
Send us the site you've got.
Even if it's a holding page or nothing at all. Tell us what it needs to do and we'll come back with what we'd build and what it would cost.
- Fixed scope and a fixed number before we start.
- Old URLs mapped so you keep your rankings.
- You own the site, the content, and the hosting.
