Email marketing
The list you already have is the cheapest audience you'll ever get.
These people already gave you their address. We make sure your email reaches them, then help you send things worth the interruption.
Where we start
Half of email problems are plumbing, not writing
Before you rewrite the subject line, check whether the email arrived. Missing authentication records, a domain that has never sent at volume, and a list full of addresses that bounced two years ago will bury good work silently. We fix that first, and it is usually the cheapest part.

The work
What an email engagement covers.
Setup you only do once, sequences that run for years, and the reporting to tell whether any of it worked.
Deliverability setup
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured properly, plus a warm-up plan if your domain has never sent at volume. The best email in the world does nothing from a spam folder.
Sequences that run themselves
Welcome, onboarding, abandoned enquiry, win-back, renewal. Written once, triggered by what someone actually did. This is the part that keeps earning after we leave.
Templates people can read
Designed to render in Outlook as well as in a phone client, with real text instead of one giant image. Built so your team can reuse them without breaking the layout.
Lists worth sending to
Segments based on what people did, not on which import file they arrived in. We also clean out the addresses that are quietly wrecking your sender reputation.
Campaigns with a point
One idea per send and one thing to do about it. Newsletters that exist because it is Tuesday are how lists go quiet.
Reporting past the open rate
Opens got unreliable when inboxes started prefetching images. We report clicks, replies, unsubscribes, and where possible what it turned into.
How it runs
Plumbing, plan, build, hand over.
Four stages. The automated sequences keep running after we're done, which is the point.
Check the plumbing
Authentication, sender reputation, and list health before anything creative. This alone fixes a surprising number of "our emails do not work" problems.
Decide what to send
Which automated sequences you are missing and which regular send is worth committing to. Usually fewer sends than you expect.
Build and test
Templates, sequences, triggers, and a real test across the clients your audience actually uses.
Measure and hand over
You get the reporting, the templates, and the documentation. The sequences keep running whether we stay on or not.
Questions
Including one where we say no.
Which platform do you work in?
The one you already pay for, in most cases. We have built in the common ones and they are more alike than their pricing pages suggest. If yours genuinely cannot do what you need, we will say so and tell you what moving would cost.
My open rates dropped. Is my list dead?
Maybe, but check the plumbing first. Apple and Gmail privacy changes made open rates unreliable, and authentication problems suppress delivery silently. We look at both before anyone concludes the list is the problem.
How often should we send?
Less often than most advice says, and consistently. A genuinely useful monthly email beats a weekly one nobody opens. We would rather help you commit to something you can sustain.
Can you write the emails?
Yes for sequences, which are written once and run for years. For a regular newsletter, the voice needs to be yours. We will build the template, set the structure, and edit your drafts, which is usually the arrangement that survives.
Can I buy a list?
Please do not, and we will not help you send to one. It burns your sending domain, breaks anti-spam law in most places we operate, and the response rates are worse than the price suggests.
How does this connect to the rest of my stack?
That is our automation side. Form fills, CRM records, purchases, and cancellations can all trigger the right email without anyone exporting a spreadsheet. It is usually the cheapest part of the whole engagement.
Tell us what your email is doing now.
Even if the answer is nothing. We'll check whether your domain is set up to reach the inbox and tell you what we'd send first.
- Deliverability checked before anyone writes a subject line.
- Sequences keep running whether we stay on or not.
- You own the templates, the list, and the account.
