How do you price this?
Per project, quoted after the map. We will not put a number on a process nobody has written down yet, and neither should anyone else. The map itself is free and yours to keep even if you stop there.
What if the process changes after you build it?
Most do. Small adjustments are part of maintenance. A genuine change in shape gets scoped like a small project. We would rather adjust the workflow than watch your team quietly go back to doing it by hand.
Do we have to switch tools?
Almost never. We build on what you already pay for. If a tool genuinely cannot do the job we will say so, and we will tell you the switching cost before you commit to it.
When is automating a bad idea?
When the process runs a few times a month, when the rules change constantly, or when the judgment in the middle is the whole job. In those cases the maintenance costs more than the manual work. We will tell you when we see it.
Where does AI come into it?
Only where it earns its place: reading messy inputs, sorting free-text, drafting a first pass a person then checks. Most of what we build is ordinary plumbing between tools, and that is the part that saves the hours.
What happens if we stop working with you?
You keep everything. The workflows run on your accounts, the apps run on your infrastructure, and the documentation is in plain language. There is nothing to unwind.
