Billing
How the money works.
No annual lock-in, no setup fee, no per-request charges. This is the whole arrangement.
Billed monthly, in advance
Your card is charged the same day each month. The first charge starts your queue, so send your first request as soon as you sign up.
Pause any month
Pausing stops billing at the end of the current cycle and freezes your queue where it is. Nothing expires while you are paused. Resume whenever work comes back.
Cancel any month
No minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancel from the portal before your renewal date and the current month finishes out. You keep every file we delivered.
Switch plans any time
Move between Standard and Pro from the portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.

Pricing questions
The things people ask before they sign up.
What does "unlimited requests" actually mean?
You can put as many requests in your queue as you want, at no extra cost. We work on one at a time on Standard and two at a time on Pro. So the queue is unlimited, the work in progress is deliberately not, because that is what keeps turnaround honest.
What counts as one request?
One deliverable with one goal. A logo is a request. A 20 slide deck is a request. A landing page is a request. Five social posts in one campaign, using one template, is one request. Five unrelated graphics for five different things is five.
Are revisions really unlimited?
On whatever is active, yes. We keep revising until it is right or until you tell us to stop. We do not count rounds and we do not bill for them. What we will do is tell you honestly when a fifth revision suggests the brief needs a conversation instead.
What if I run out of work mid-month?
Pause. You are not locked in, and we would rather you paused for two months and came back than paid for a month you did not use. There is no penalty and your queue stays exactly as you left it.
Do you charge for stock photos and fonts?
We pass those through at cost, and only after you approve the spend. We will always offer a free or already-licensed alternative first.
Do I own the work?
Yes, on delivery, including the editable source files. There is no licensing arrangement and nothing reverts to us if you cancel.
Can more than one person on my team send requests?
Yes. Your whole team can submit into the same queue at no extra cost. Requests are worked in the order the queue sets, and you can reorder it at any time.
Which plan should I start on?
Standard, unless you already know you have two workstreams running at once. Upgrading is one click and takes effect immediately, so start smaller and move up when the queue tells you to.
